I like the overall style of the finishes. I just don’t like it for that house. I’m hoping there are some beautiful hardwood floors under all that carpet! The kitchen has been redone…but feels a bit dated at this point. My gut tells me to open the space to the dining room and then modernize the space by painting the cabinets and changing the flooring & countertops. The baths are in good shape, but will need updating at some point….more than anything to make them feel more 20s rather than 50s. I think that’s mostly the routing detail on the cabinets and it wouldn’t take much to replace the doors. The baths seem like they’ve been redone more recently and I like the style. The only thing is that I don’t see a garage anywhere…..maybe that’s the reason for the pricing?
