My family, like half of all Altadenians, lost their entire home the morning of January 8, 2025. The fire was utterly devastating for Altadena, not just physically, but emotionally of course. And we know our family is not alone in feeling overwhelmed with all the decisions we must now face because of this unprecedented tragedy. This community means a great deal to me. I was raised in Pasadena and have lived in Altadena for over 35 years. As a real estate professional of 25 years now, many of my friends, clients, and family have come to me requesting things like...
1) A market analysis to determine the pre-fire value of their home.
2) My opinion on the pros and cons of rebuilding.
3) Referrals for tradesmen like architects, contractors & designers.
4) Sounding board for different options they are considering regarding what to rebuild to maximize resale value.
5) Another set of eyes on the plans for their new home.
Whether you are trying to rebuild, concerned about moving, or completely undecided, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you. If you believe I can be of any help in your decision process, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. Stay Strong Altadena!

County Pre-Designed & Pre-Approved Plans:
The County has been working with a consortium of architects & engineers to design homes historically consistent with Altadena’s architecture. They are working on replicas of English Cottages, Spanishes, Craftsman, Bungalows, Ranches & Modern Style Homes from which fire victims can choose. Designing a home can be very overwhelming & expensive. These pre-designed plans will save fire victims a lot of money & free them from burdensome design decisions. It will also help maintain the integrity of our neighborhoods.
