This is about our fifth experience in purchasing and/or selling a house and we wanted to let you know that we have never been more satisfied then we were with your agent, Cariy Hernandez. She was fantastic for both the purchase of our new home and especially helpful in selling our old home. Cariy was with us every step of the way from her knowledgeable input on the current market to her expertise on areas and homes that would both fit our family needs and pocketbook. Once we successfully bid on a home, she was also very helpful in referring people we could trust to to work on the home as there were many repairs that needed to be completed prior to moving in. When we were finally ready to list our home, she was again able to provide updated information on the current houseing market and bent over backwards to help us stage our home and make it look it's best and more appealing to a potential buyer. After our house was on the market, she kept us updated on any activity and we were able to sell our home fairly quickly. Now that we have closed escrow on both our properties, she still shows genuine interest in our homes. Cariy is cetainly a huge asset to Coldwell Banker and we will be referring her to anyone who is in need of a realtor. We have never had such a wonderful experience in buying or selling our home and will not hesitate to contact Cariy if our need for a realtor ever arises in the future. We didn´t have a clear idea of what we were looking for, only that we wanted something with character (practically any style was okay) and that we´d know it when we saw it. Most other real estate agents´ eyes glazed over when they heard that, and they lost interest altogether when we mentioned that we needed to sell our house in order to afford a new one.
